Cancellation Policy

At Yorker Tools Centre, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Cancellation requests must be communicated promptly via email at Sales@yorkertoolscentre.com or by calling our customer support numbers. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Upon approval of a return request, customers will be guided through the return process. After the returned product is inspected and verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges, handling fees, or other service charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Yorker Tools Centre reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions. Bulk or B2B orders may be subject to different return terms as mutually agreed at the time of purchase.
